You will be provided with an work in progress-viewing page on our web site for updates, communication, and approvals. What we need to get started: We provide a proposal contract based on the information provided. The contract needs to be signed and returned with a retainer to commence work. We can work from completed drawings in dwg file format of the elevations, floor plans, and site plans or hand drawn sketches. We will require all color, material selections and samples. Inaccurate or incomplete plans can cause delays in the schedule and added costs.
